Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Eagles Glass Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of RingOrder (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
RingOrder answers telephone calls to a number you direct to it, takes orders using an automated voice assistant configured with the menu and prices you provide, sends the caller a payment link by text message, and passes paid orders to your kitchen. The Service is a tool for your restaurant. It does not prepare, sell, handle or deliver food, and it does not provide professional, legal, tax or food-safety advice.
2. Accounts and onboarding
You must provide accurate information, be at least 18, and be authorised to act for your business. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. During onboarding you supply your menu, prices, tax rate and fulfilment preferences, choose an assistant voice and languages, and connect your own payment account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Your responsibilities
The Service works from what you configure and reports what it hears. You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of your menu, prices, modifiers and tax rate, and for keeping them current, including marking items unavailable.
- Reviewing every order before you prepare it, and for everything that leaves your kitchen — including accuracy, quality, food safety, and any allergen or dietary handling. See our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
- Keeping a way for staff to answer the phone. The Service depends on carriers and third-party providers and can be interrupted. It must not be your only route into the restaurant, and must never be relied on for emergencies.
- Your relationship with your own customers, including fulfilment, refunds, chargebacks and complaints.
- Any licences, permits, health, labelling and consumer-protection requirements that apply to your business.
4. Telephone, recording and messaging compliance
You authorise us to answer, record and transcribe calls made to the number you direct to the Service, and to send order-related text messages to the numbers that place those orders. The assistant identifies itself as an automated ordering assistant at the start of every call.
Call-recording, monitoring and messaging laws vary by jurisdiction, and some require the consent of every party. You are responsible for determining and meeting the requirements that apply to your phone line, your location and your customers, including any further notice or consent your jurisdiction requires. You confirm you have the right to direct the number you connect, and that you are not using the Service for marketing, automated outbound campaigns, or any call or message a recipient has not invited by contacting you.
5. Payments to you — you are the seller
Customer payments for food are collected through Stripe into the payment account you connect. Your restaurant is the merchant of record for every order. We are not a party to the sale between you and your customer, do not take possession of the goods, and do not hold or disburse your sales proceeds beyond passing them to your processor. Processing fees are set by, and payable to, your payment processor, and your use of it is governed by its own agreement with you. Refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes are between you, your customer and your processor.
6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- The Service is sold as a monthly subscription per location. Current plans are Starter, Pro and Signature; the price of each is shown on our home page and may be updated with advance notice.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
- Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods.
- If a payment fails, access may be suspended until it is resolved. Usage-based costs we incur on your behalf, such as telephone and messaging charges, may be billed in addition where your plan says so.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: using it unlawfully or for any business other than the location it is configured for; using it to make unsolicited or automated outbound calls or messages; attempting to access other accounts or data; reverse engineering, copying or reselling the Service; overburdening or disrupting our systems; or configuring content that is unlawful, deceptive or infringing.
8. Data
You retain ownership of your menu, configuration and order records. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service. For information about people who call your restaurant, you decide what is collected and why, and we process it on your instructions; you are responsible for having the right to direct that processing and for your own privacy obligations to your customers. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, prompts, voices and content (other than your data), is owned by Eagles Glass Inc and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Service.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT EVERY CALL WILL BE ANSWERED OR COMPLETED, OR THAT ANY ORDER, TRANSCRIPT, ITEM, MODIFIER, PRICE OR TOTAL IT PRODUCES WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAGLES GLASS INC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST OR MISSED ORDERS, WASTED FOOD, REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR BUSINESS LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eagles Glass Inc from claims, damages and costs arising out of your use of the Service, your configuration and data, your dealings with your own customers, food you prepare or sell, or your failure to meet the recording, messaging and consumer-protection obligations described in these Terms.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, to protect the Service or its other users, or if required by a provider we depend on. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnification — will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be communicated by email or in the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
